Based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) theory, establishes a comprehensive evaluation model of residential heating terminal units from six aspects of economy, thermal comfort and so on. Presents the economic evaluation method of heating terminal units based on the theory of life cycle cost. Numerically simulates the thermal environment in the rooms with different heating terminal units, obtains the PMV-PPD values of heating terminal unit rooms at different indoor design temperatures as the basis of thermal comfort evaluation. Through the investigation and research, concludes the evaluation results of different heating terminal units in the aspects of aesthetic, reliability, space occupancy, indoor sound environment indicators, and the weights of the six evaluation indexes in different climate areas, cities and rural areas as well as different income levels. Based on the case study of heating projects, the result shows that the comprehensive evaluation model of heating terminals can provide a basis for the selection of the optimal terminal program.
